My only critique is that my card reader on my door was in and out. I had to get replacement cards many times, but the staff was very helpful.

This place is pretty big, the staff here is really nice and helpful, and it's in a great spot near the mall. They have a cool bar downstairs, the rooms are updated, and the bathroom and air circulation are on point! 🌟

Great hotel and staff ,very comfy and clean beds and Rooms,my kids loved the hotel as well and we ate at the restaurant that night ,and our waiter Tony was the best and the food was awesome ,I will stay there again when passing thru

Bed was uncomfortable. Asked staff to remake beds as they were sloppy and dirty upon arrival...only straightened. Disappointing for an Embassy Suites.

The hotel has been recently renovated. The staff members were pleasant. The location is great, with easy walking access to nearby attractions. Convenient access to shopping mall, market, and Benton Convention Center. A fantastic way to end our weekend.

Lance met us on Thursday morning and truly gave us excellent customer service. In addition, so did the food staff for breakfast. When we come next year, we will definitely stay at the Embassy Suites.
